Nurses' Ministry is a movement of Catholic professional nurses, committed to the caring and healing ministry of Jesus Christ, propelled by Charismatic Spirituality. It had its humble beginning in the year 2003 in Dubai, and over the years, it has spread to various continents.
Inspired by the nurses' ministry in Dubai, and the widespread dissemination of its vision and mission, the Liverpool unit of nurses' ministry was inaugurated on 19th July 2019 with a blessing from Fr Joseph Kunnackattu, Vicar, Syro Malabar, Sydney.
A service team was formed to lead the ministry at Liverpool and to encourage other nurses to be part of the ministry and to care for their patients with love for God. Liverpool Nurse Ministry organizes prayer meetings and various programs to empower nurses to witness Jesus in their professional, family, and community life and proclaim the values of Life in their profession
