Nurses Ministry

 Nurses ministry is a movement of Catholic professional nurses, committed to the caring and the healing ministry of Jesus Christ, propelled by Charismatic Spirituality. It had its humble beginning in the year 2003 in Dubai and over the years, it has spread to various continents. 

Inspired from the nurses ministry Dubai, and the wide spread of its vision and mission, the Liverpool unit of nurses ministry was Inaugurated on 19th July 2019 with blessing from Fr Joseph Kunnackattu Vicar Syro Malabar Sydney. 

A service team formed to lead the ministry at Liverpool and to encourage other nurses to be part of the ministry and to care their patients with love of God. Liverpool Nurse ministry organizes prayer meetings and various programs to empower nurses for witnessing Jesus in their professional, family and community life and proclaim the values of Life in their profession

Mission of Nurses ministry is - A spontaneous and gracious effort to extend the healing touch of

The Lord among the nurses, their families and the patients.

Spirituality - Be merciful, just as your father is merciful (Lk 6:36).

Our Activities are 

• Daily morning prayers with its members via zoom
• Mass offering for all nurses on every 13th of the month
• Chain Rosary from mid night to midnight on every 13th of the month
• Monthly Gathering and Mass – 4th Saturday of the month 
• Monthly rotation of the  Statue of Fatima Mary within  Ministry family 
• Intersession prayer calendar and Bible reading
